Admission Process Flow
1) Call to set an appointment with the center manager.
4) View the rooms and the services provided.
7) Select the date you wish to bring the resident.
10) Hand over the original or photo copy of the resident’s medical form along with their identification card.

2) Call the center manager before coming.
5) Select the room and package that suit your needs.
8) Bring the resident to the home.
11) At the end pass the fees of selected services you choose to the center manager in either cash or cheque form.

3) Visit the home and see the facilities we have.
6) Fill the admission form requirements
9) Hand over the resident’s personal belongings to be paced in their respective room.
12) Take the receipt of the payment from the center manager.
