First, their nutritional requirements are not well defined. Since both lean body mass and basal metabolic rate decline with age, an older person’s energy requirement per kilogram of body weight is also reduced.

Menu Notes:
- Beverages Such As Milo, Tea, Coffee, Fruit Juices, Mineral Water, Etc. Are Always Served With Meals And At Times When Resident Request.
- Vegetables, Fruits And Herbal Soups Are Always Served With Main Meal
- All the meals are freshly cooked and served to the residents
- If residents wish to eat something else, they may request the center manager for a different meal
- All meals are cooked using fresh material
- All meals are freshly cooked and served war
- 1.5 liters of water is served to the elderly every day
- Pork is not served in the menu but if the family wishes to bring pork dishes for their love ones, they are allowed to.

Importance Of Six Meal Courses
Breakfast (8 A.M):
The first basic meal of the day which provides necessary energy to carry out daily activities.
Brunch (10 A.M):
The second meal served to the elderly after morning exercises and physiotherapy to regain their strength.
Lunch (12 P.M):
The third main meal of the day which is vital to a healthy balanced diet. Lunch as an opportunity to take a break to re-fuel and re-focus the mind.
High Tea (3 P.M):
Also known as tea time is the fourth meal of the day which provides a large amount of necessary fluid intake.
Dinner (6 P.M):
The fifth meal of the day which aids in digestion and allows the body to store energy while the body is at rest.
Supper (9 P.M):
The last meal of the day which elderly wish to take if they still feel hungry after dinner.
